Check-in at the Ocean House Hotel at Bass Rocks is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Guests must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
- What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies may vary by season, date, and rate plan. From June to September, guests must cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. For all other dates, reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy with payment due in full at the time of booking. *When reserving three or more rooms, we reserve the right to adjust cancellation and deposit policies. Guests may also be required to sign a group agreement for clarity on these terms.

Our seasonal outdoor pool is open daily from 9am to 9pm. The pool is open from Memorial Day until the end of summer.

Yes, the hotel offers a continental breakfast for our hotel guests from daily 7am to 10am, as well as a luxurious seaside breakfast option.
