Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

  • A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.   Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
  • Q. What is our Cancellation Policy?
A. June - September: You must cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
     All other dates, you must cancel 72 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
     We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in which full
     payment is due at the time of booking.  Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.

Q. Do We Require A Deposit When Making A Reservation? 
A.  Yes.  We require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. 

Q. Pet Policy
  • A. We apologize but the Ocean House Hotel at Bass Rocks does not allow pets.
  • Q. Do We offer high-speed internet access?
    A. We offer high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.
  • Q. Are There In Room DVD Players? 
    A.  Yes and a free library is available at the Front Desk. 

    Q. What types of views do our guest rooms offer?
    A. Our guest rooms offer ocean views.
  • Q. Are there coffee makers and micro fridge in the rooms?
    A.  Yes.
  • Q. How many floors does the hotel have?  
    A. The hotel has 2 floors and there is no elevator.
  • Q. Do we have a Business Center?  Is there a Fitness Center?   
    A. We have 2 lobby kiosks with use of a computer and printer.  We do not have a fitness center. 
  • Q. What are the Pool hours?
    A. Our seasonal outdoor pool is open daily: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

    Q. Do we have any on-site food and beverage offerings?
    A. We offer a continental breakfast for our hotel guests from 7 am - 10 am.

Q. How much is parking at the hotel? 
A. Parking is included in the amenity fee. 

Q. What is Included in the Amenity Fee? 

A.  Breakfast each morning
      Two (2) bottles of water upon check in
       In-room coffee and tea
       Super-fast high-speed internet
       Use of expansive pool, hot tub, fire pit, roof top deck, and billiards room
       Use of hotel bicycles

Q. Does The Hotel Accept Cash For Room Charges?
A. Our hotel does not accept cash payments for any services provided.  All major valid credit cards are accepted.
